On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, BHCU had the privilege of donating $1,855 to our friends at Highland Park Elementary. The donation will be enough to purchase a Teachers Teammates shopping membership for 53 teachers at the school so they can purchase supplies for the upcoming school year.
Teachers Teammates, a local non-profit, collects goods from local businesses and civic organizations so teachers can use them in their classrooms. The organization also distributes supplies to districts in need of assistance and resources.
