Mortgages for non-owner occupied, residential real estate properties (1 to 4 family) held by the member for purposes of investment and rental income. (Excludes apartment complexes and multi-family properties consisting of 5 or more units. Such properties will be considered Commercial Real Estate.)

  • 1% Origination Fee, borrower must pay all third party costs including appraisal, title, recording charges and document prep.
  • Low Fixed or Variable Rates (see rate sheet for current start rates)
  • Max 30 year amortization. Max fixed rate period is 15 years. Floating rate is Prime + margin.
  • Max LTV 80% (70% refi cash out). Renovation projects – max 75% initial advance against as-is value, hold back for renovation expenses, disbursed in progress payments subject to max “as complete” LTV of 80%.
  • Senior liens only.
