March 11, 2020 – An Important Message from Our BHCU Staff

Dear Fellow Members,

As you know, the Coronavirus outbreaks have been dominating the news for the past few weeks. We want you to know that our member’s health and safety is a top priority. Accordingly, we have been taking proactive measures to ensure the safety of our members and staff and put additional protocols in place in our branches to keep our members and staff safe. These include:

  • In addition to our usual nightly cleaning, we are disinfecting all common areas in our lobby, teller counter and restrooms throughout the day.
  • We have advised our staff to stay home if they are not feeling well.
  • We have provided access to hand sanitizer and hand wipes.

What you can do:

Have you signed up for on-line banking? Did you know that you can check balances, deposit checks, pay bills, use Person to Person (“P2P”) money transfers, open new accounts and even apply for loans right on your mobile device or home desktop computer? If you haven’t already be sure to visit our website at to learn more and activate your online banking access. The BHCU mobile app can be found by searching BHCU Mobile Banking in the app store on your phone.

You can also reach BARB, our bank by phone automation system, by calling 1-610-595-2929, then choosing option “5”.

Any way you need to reach us, we’ll be here for you. While we hope everyone stays healthy, if you are sick or exhibiting any flu like symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever) or have recently exposed to someone with the virus, avoid further public spaces and check with your doctor. Don’t forget to try to avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth and wash your hands often!

In the meantime, YOUR Delaware County Credit Union will continue to work hard to protect your financial health too.
